The Recruiter/HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties. This position is recruitment-centered and requires a strong background in Recruitment. Additionally, this role will oversee the intern process and carry out HR generalist responsibilities, as needed in the following areas: onboarding, compliance, employee file management.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
· A minimum of three (3) years of recent advanced Human Resources experience required.
· Experience working in non-profit, public health sector or community mental health setting is preferred.
· A proven background in recruitment and knowledgeable of best practices in recruitment.
· Experience with Paycom highly preferred.
· Experience with regulatory agencies’ audits (i.e., DWIHN, HRSA, MDHHS, EEOC, etc.) highly preferred.
· Strong analytical and attention to detail skills are required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting critical deadlines.
· Strategic thinker able to analyze and solve problems effectively while working in a face-paced setting.
