We care about your mental health too. Our team offers therapy, help with substance use, counseling, and psychiatric care. We also offer case management and peer support. We help kids, teens, and adults feel more stable and live healthier lives.

We help people find safe, stable housing. Our team offers affordable housing programs and case management. We help people facing homelessness, mental illness, or substance use find and keep a safe home. We also connect you to healthcare and other support you may need.

We help people coming out of jail get back on their feet. Our team offers case management, health care, peer support, and help finding a job. We also work with courts to offer treatment instead of jail time when it makes sense.

We help people find and keep good jobs. Our job program supports people facing mental health challenges, homelessness, health problems, or substance use. We help with resumes, job searches, transportation, and job coaching.

Our outreach team works across Detroit and Wayne County. We connect people to health care and other support they need. We help people experiencing homelessness and people living with HIV find shelter, housing, and care. Our Detroit Homeless Outreach Team works with local groups and first responders to help people in need.
