Who We Are: Central City Health (CCH) has been serving the underhoused and at-risk population in metro Detroit since 1972, by providing integrated healthcare services. Our services include primary and pediatric care, dental care, behavioral and SUD care, supportive housing, and community re-entry services, to name a few. Certified Peer Support Specialist - Multiple Openings
The Peer Support Specialist provides peer support services to clients experiencing mental illness, chronic health condition(s), and/or homelessness. The Peer Support Specialist is an active member of the integrated care team and functions as a role model to peers, exhibiting competency in personal recovery and the use of coping skills; serving as a patient advocate and providing information and support. Performs a wide range of tasks to assist patients in regaining independence within the community and mastery over their own recovery process. Through skill building and other supportive interventions, the Peer Support Specialist can assist fellow consumers/patients in effectively utilizing resources, managing symptoms of their illness, and developing daily living skills to gain greater independence.

The Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive mental health services to consumers of Central City Health (CCH), including psychological assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention within an integrated care model. This role supports CCH’s mission to deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally responsive behavioral health care. The Clinical Psychologist collaborates closely with primary care providers, psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and community partners to promote whole-person wellness. Evidence Based Supported Employment (EBSE), also known as Individual Placement Support (IPS), or Employment Specialist is a core component of recovery for adults with a severe mental illness. The intent of the program is to ensure that adults with a severe mental illness achieve and maintain desired community-based employment that pays at least minimum wage, while performing the same work alongside others without psychiatric disabilities, to increase self-sufficiency and decrease dependence on public systems of care. The Employment Specialist provides support and guidance to individuals to discover and enhance their strengths and ensure their success in employment positions. Assists individuals enrolled in the EBSE program, in obtaining and maintaining employment that is consistent with their vocational goals and recovery. RN Site Operations Manager

The RN Site Operations Manager provides operational leadership and oversight of day-to-day activities at an assigned clinical site, with responsibility for staffing, scheduling, coverage, patient access, and efficient site operations. The RN Site Operations Manager works collaboratively with clinical, nursing, and operational leadership to support effective patient flow, appropriate staffing, and coordinated clinical workflows while ensuring operational practices align with organizational standards and priorities. Although the position requires active RN licensure, the primary focus of the role is site operations and workforce management rather than direct clinical practice.

Transportation Driver

Medical Records Clerk
The Medical Records Clerk is a support staff position that, in addition to fulfilling the support staff function, performs a variety of clerical duties including processing, organizing, and transmitting patient medical records. The Medical Records Clerk ensures that all Release of Information activities are compliant with established agency policies and state and federal guidelines and are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, data entry and administrative skills, be detail oriented and capable of maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Responsibilities include prepping, scanning, retrieving, and routing paper and/or electronic documents.
