Our Leadership

Ryan Lepper, MBA

President | Chief Executive Officer

With an MBA in International Finance and undergrad degree in Business Administration, Ryan Lepper was hired by Comerica Bank in 2000 as a Financial Analyst for the bank’s Controller and Wealth Management Divisions. In addition to preparing budget forecasts for private client and institutional units, Ryan held responsibility for financial performance and internal accounting of Comerica’s Munder Capital Management division.

From Comerica, Ryan joined Fifth Third Private Bank as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager, handling institutional asset management functions for a number of complex client accounts. At Fifth Third, he developed a Quality Dividend asset management strategy that was eventually adopted by all of their regions.

Ryan’s next stop on a very impressive career trajectory was J.P. Morgan Chase (JMPC). Hired as Vice President, Michigan Team Leader of Institutional Investments, he directed a Michigan investment team of 19 employees. Under His leadership, this team became ranked as the #1 performing J.P. Morgan Chase team in the Midwest region, and managed $5Billion in total assets with $40Million in revenue. While at JPMC, the firm acquired the renowned Wall Street firm, Bear Stearns, whereupon Ryan applied broad analytical skills that facilitated the absorption of Stearns’ complex financial instruments.

In 2010, Ryan left JPMC for Longhorn Capital Management to become it’s Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Consulting Division. Skills acquired under previous employers served him well, and as lead advisor, he re-structured various entities and expanded existing businesses resulting in major revenue and earnings increases.

Today, Ryan Lepper is President and CEO of Central City Integrated Health. He brings, as evidenced by his career arc, a skill set necessary to grow and refine this organization for the foreseeable future and a passion for aiding our homeless veterans.
