CCIH is designated as an approved practices service site in a community with limited access to health care by the National Health Service Corps (NHSC). In exchange for committing to service at CCIH, NHSC provides financial support in the form of student loan repayment and scholarships.
Clinical Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatry (F/T and P/T)
Provides advanced clinical nursing care to a selected population of clients. Assumes leadership and provides expertise for intake health history. Collaborates with Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluation, and team members to recommend program placement and coordinate interim treatment planning. Improves clinical staff quality of care through consultation with and education of nursing personnel, clients and their significant others. Serves as preceptor for undergraduate and nursing graduate students.
Staff Nurse (RN)

The Staff Nurse provides care to patients/families, of all ages, in an outpatient setting by assessing, triaging, planning and intervening in actual or potential health problems, including evaluating the patient's response to care. These responsibilities also include patient/family education and health maintenance strategies. The Staff Nurse is a member of a designated health care team and collaborates, coordinates and guides team members in planning patient care and achieving goals. He/She must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of human growth and development over the life span, as well as chronic disease identification and management and interpret data reflective of the patient's status to identify requirements relative to his or her specific needs.
The Outreach Worker reports to Division Manager, and works collaboratively with the Health Educator to connect persons in the underserved community with services provided by the Health Center, provide health education in the community, assist individuals to enroll and maintain participation in health and social services programs both with CCIH and the community. Work is primarily conducted in the community.
The Therapist/Team Leader implements the policies and procedures of the Agency under the supervision of the Division Manager and assumes the day-to-day clinical leadership of the respective program staff and/or other programs as assigned. He/She also assumes primary responsibility for the initial assessment, treatment planning, vocational development and implementation per UNIT guidelines.
The Therapist reports to the Division Manager and clinical functions are under the leadership of the Team Leader. Assumes primary case responsibilities for adult individuals, families and groups; provides consultative services to community organizations and individuals, and performs related duties, as may be requested.
Psychiatrist (F/T and P/T)
Responsible to the Chief Psychiatrist for the provision of specialized psychiatric services which include, but are not limited to: psychiatric evaluations, medication reviews, and consultation on an on-going basis to the Treatment Team in the development and implementation of direct services.
Clinical Logistics Specialist

The Clinical Logistics Specialist will be responsible for coordinating patient care by ensuring proper patient follow through per provider recommendations. As a priority, activity will promote, maintain, and improve the health of our patients. Duties will include coordinating specialty care services and organizing patient retention efforts.
The Case Manager reports to the Coordinator and clinical functions are under the leadership of the Housing Coordinator. The Case Manager will provide case management services for identified clients being serviced by the Agency. Case Manager must provide monitoring, linking and coordination related to consumer’s needs and goals identified by HUD. Services are provided in the Agency and on an Outreach basis.

The Clinical Coordinator assists in the development and support of workflow/process improvements, while also providing individual, family and group psychotherapeutic interventions. He/She is responsible for assisting in program development and monitoring, and establishing trusting relationships with patients and their families while providing general support and encouragement.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Provide adult and pediatric dental prophylactic services to prevent and control dental disease and decay, such as plaque and calculus removal, and application of dental sealants and fluoride in PA 161 environment. Perform patient screening procedures for oral cancer, head and neck assessment, take blood pressure, and dental charting. Works in a collaborative relationship with a supervising dentist.
Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, the Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to CCIH professional business. The Executive Assistant functions as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects. He/She must be creative and enjoy working within an environment that is mission driven, results driven and community oriented. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, screening calls; managing calendars; making travel plans; meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data and customer relations. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work well under pressure and manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Revenue Cycle Management Lead
Reporting to the Chief Reimbursement Officer, the Revenue Cycle Management Lead oversees the daily operations of the billing and reimbursement team including; claims submissions, patient accounting activities, open claims, monthly reporting. In addition the RCM Lead will oversee all credentialing/health plan enrollment functions following Central City Integrated Health (CCIH) policies and procedures as well as Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) guidelines, ensuring the organization is compliant with location, state and federal standards, policies and guidelines, working collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence to support the mission and vision of CCIH.
Quality Management Director
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Quality Management Director is responsible for assuring the highest quality standards are met, while leading quality related performance improvement work for all divisions at Central City Integrated Health. The Quality Management Director works independently and in collaboration with key clinical department directors and leaders on quality improvement projects and initiatives. He/She is responsible for developing and implementing an agency-wide performance improvement program, quality management program and utilization management program consistent with board approved plans and regulatory and standard setting agencies and must demonstrate the listed personal and physical qualifications which are essential functions of the position.
